Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will only be issued for courses that have not been completed or partially completed.
To request a refund, please email us at azureforafrica@outlook.com with your purchase details and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.


Returns:

As our courses are digital products and cannot be returned, we do not offer returns.
Course Issues:

If you experience technical issues with a course, please contact us at azureforafrica@outlook.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If a course is found to be defective or not as described, we will issue a full refund or exchange the course at no additional cost to you.


Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your purchase, please email us at azureforafrica@outlook.com with your purchase details and the reason for the cancellation.
If a course has not been accessed, we will issue a full refund for the purchase.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
